Again I have had the GREAT pleasure of flying the RAZBAM aircraft for FS9 and am happy to have had the opportunity to evaluate it once again!!! I am rolling the T-2 Buckeye and A-4 Skyhawk together into one review for several reasons. Primarily due to the fact that they each share the exact same good points as well as not so good ones!! There ARE a few differences but not many!!

I Could start this review on the merits of, this plane does that, etc ..but im not... as most people buy/recieve addons so as to play and enjoy...then thats what im going to put to you now... from the pilots point of view, as a diary of a fresh faced pilot thrown into the war.

Being a retired Phantom pilot I couldnt pass on the opportunity to do a review of the F-4 Phantom II add on aircraft they have produced for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. First off, I am afraid I must say that my opinion is not very high of this particular product. I would have to rate it on a scale of one to ten with ten being the best, a 6.

It has been a while since the Pe-2/Pe-3 add-on was released and we have been deluged with screenshots and lists of promised goodies in the meantime. Now we are getting two add-ons at once – Sturmoviks over Manchuria and “1946”, bringing us a wealth of new aircraft, campaigns, maps and ground objects.

Few planes will have such strange stories of conception as the Pe-2! Designed by its developer , Vladimir Mikhailovich Petlyakov, in a "Sharashkas" or technical prison lead by the much feared NKVD under the designator VI-100 it's originally envisioned task was as a high altitude escort fighter to the ANT-42 bomber. Powered by two Klimov M-105R's the sturdy modern looking plane suffered from some engine and landing gear problems in the beginning but these were ironed out during the flight testing. One lasting bad tendency of the series sprung up relatively early though, the plane had a vicous stall characteristic, especially on approach. This would lead to many accidents for the rest of the types operational carreer.
